We’re Lou Anderson and Dave Brakes and we run Gardd Heulog, a 2-acre plot perched on a sunny hillside overlooking Abergavenny. We work in harmony with our site’s biodiversity and microclimate, growing hers, spices, and leafy greens in the fresh air of the Bannau Brycheiniog.
Our aim is to grow everything we can to add flavour and interest to your food. We’re committed to regenerative farming, and never use peat, or artificial fertilisers, herbicides, or pesticides.
