We’re Dave Brakes and Lou Anderson and we’re developing a horticultural enterprise in Monmouthshire as part of a wider regenerative farm. We believe that locally sourced food with direct supply chains will be essential to the future of food security and community resilience. We wish to provide nutrient-dense, chemical-free, seasonal food with a low carbon footprint to the local population and to re-connect people to the land. We never use peat, or artificial fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides, and we are undergoing organic conversion.
